Rogue Trooper Redux . It is a science fiction comic strip in the British comic 2000 AD, created by Gerry Finley-Day and Dave Gibbons. It follows the adventures of Rogue, a Genetic Infantryman (or G.I.), and his three comrades: Gunnar, Bagman, and Helm. His comrades are in the form of biochips (onto which a G.I.'s entire personality is downloaded at the time of death for later retrieval), and each take the role of his Gun, Backpack and Helmet, respectively. The game Rogue Trooper is based on the comic of the same name, and the player plays as Rogue, and his comrades play the same roles as in the comic.
